ALBERT E. HOUGHTON, SAN BERNARDINO
Albert E. Houghton, passed away October 4. 1984 ln San Bernardino. Born ln Salem. New York, he lived much of his adult life In Albany. New^r York.
He was President of the Canadian American Baseball League. He became a Director of Little League Baseball. Inc. in 1982 and Joined Little League Baseball in Williamsport. PA. on full time basis In 1954. serving as Secretary-Treasurer of the Board. He remained as Secretary until 1909 when he came to San Bernardino as Western Regional Director in charge of the 13 western states. He was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church in San Bernardino, a member of the Arrowhead Country Club and a 50 year member of the Rotary Club.
Survivors Include his wife, Lelia; daughter. Carol Ann Petrie of Schenectady. New York; granddaughter. Vickie.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. John's Episcopal Church. Friends tnay call after 11 a m. Monday at Bobbitt's Memorial Chapel.
