Daughter of Alexander Kupper and Julia Valentine Hicks. Beloved wife of Charles Phillip Miller. Her children Darline Houghton Howell and Dawn L Houghton Alsop and Von and Scott Miller. Worked at Patton State Hospital in Highland Ca. Married the love of her life Charlie Miller. They both graduated from San Bernardino High School in 1943.They resided on Serrano Rd in San Bernardino, for many years. She was a wonderful cook, seamstress and Grandmother. She was lovingly cared for by her daughter Darline til the time of her death. Hospice kindly aided in care so she was able to be surrounded by her family in her moment of passing. She is buried in the plot above her beloved husband Charles Phillip Miller.
