JOSEPH FRANK

Joseph Frank, 95, a Savanna resident for 65 years, died this morning in Jane Lamb hospital where he had a patient seven days.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. in the Law-Jones funeral home, with Rev. Robert Stevenson, Presbyterian minister, officiating. Burial will be in Savanna Township cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Friday.
He was born Jan. 1, 1872 in Wurtemberg, Germany, the son of Antone and Maria Zeller Frank. An employee of the Burlington Railroad for 35 years, he retired in 1938. He was a charter member of the Savanna Moose lodge.
Surviving are one son, Joseph of Clinton; a daughter, Mrs. Harry (Florence) Hall, Pasco, Wash.; a stepson, Daniel Ranslow of Clinton; a sister, Mrs. Pauline Johnston, Mt. Carrol; and three grandchildren; and a brother, Albert of Argo Fay. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two brothers and two sisters.

TOMMY JOE FRANK

Tommy Joe Frank, 24, of 72 20th Ave. N., was pronounced dead on arrival at Mercy Hospital Saturday of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The funeral will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, in Clinton Chapel, Snell-Zorning Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael Spiekermeire officiating. Burial will be in Clinton Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the service hour Tuesday.
Pallbearers will be Dennis and Dan Woods, Sam Walker, Rick Thompson, Don Mahoney and Gary Anderson.
Mr. Frank was born Jan. 16, 1961, in Clinton to Joseph E. and Barbara Schaley Frank. "Here's some OLIVER and SLYE information from the Tampico Tornado newspaper:

November 20, 1903 - Clarence RENSLOW was arrested Tuesday on the charge of stealing a hammer and saw from Grant HUGHES and a trowel and pair of pincers from contrator WRIGHT at the Catholic church. He was tried before magistrate SLYE and taken to Morrison Thursday afternoon by officer DALEY, Mr. SLY and Chas. BURDEN. He will be sentenced by the judge."

Hannah was born on 1805 in Wareham, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.¹ She married George W. C. Ranslow on 8 April 1824 in Wareham, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.¹ Hannah died on 25 October 1850, in Wareham, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, at age ~45.¹

Margaret was born on 1868 in Blackstone, Worcester County, Massachusetts.¹ She married on 1880.¹

Mary was born on 11 December 1871 in Blackstone, Worcester County, Massachusetts.^1,2 She married William J. Campbell on 22 October 1888.^1,3

Mary Jane Ranslow died on 15 October 1950 in Johnston, Rhode Island, at age 78.²

Mary Jane was my Great Great Grandmother. I have her death certificate. She was born Dec 16, 1871, in Blackstone, Mass. She died in Oct 15, 1950, in Johnston Rhode Island as Mary Ranslow Campbell. She was Married to William J Campbell. At the time of her death she was residing in Millville, Mass. The info was given by my Aunt Laura, her daughter. Her daughter resided in Johnston, R.I. I was told that my Great grandmother and her sister Laura put her in a nursing home there.

Lillian was born on 1 July 1873 in Blackstone, Worcester County, Massachusetts.¹ She married on 24 December 1890.¹ Lillian died on 13 October 1948, at age 75.¹
