The 22 January 1932 edtion of The Chehalis Bee-Nugget (Chehalis, Lewis County, WA) carried the following obituary:

Charles Eastling Dies Suddenly
Charles Turner Eastling, a farmer who had lived on the Napavine-Jackson prairie road the past eight years, died suddenly Monday evening at his home while listening to the radio.
He had been about home as usual during the day, seemingly in good health. The widow, Mrs. Donna Eastling; three brothers. William Eastling of Brainerd, Minn., Henry
and Edward Eastling ot Medford, Ore., and three sisters, Mrs. Charles Parsons ot Faribault, Minn., Mrs. Nora Leibold ot Brainerd, Minn. and Mrs. Jennie Richardson of Jenkins,
Minn., are the surviving relatives.
The body was removed to the Boone Mortuary, where funeral services were held yesterday afternoon. Rev. Stanley G. Logan of the Methodist
church officiated. The body was shipped to Faribault, Minn., tor burial.4
