ADRIAN, Mich. - Kathryn "Kay" Houghton of Adrian, Mich. and formerly of Bryan, Ohio, died Sunday, Aug. 21, 2005.
Born May 19, 1927, to Marie and Russell Raymond, she married Paul Houghton in August 1948 and he preceded her in death in 2002.
A 1945 graduate of Bryan High School, she had attended Ohio State University.
Surviving is a son, Jeffrey (and wife, Becky) of Fountain Hills, Ariz; two brothers, William and Russell; grandsons, Scott and Chad Houghton; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held Aug. 25 in Adrian with burial at Oakwood Cemetery, Adrian.¹

Native American services will be at noon Thursday at CHAKH?hah-ChEE Community Building in Nekoosa. Burial will follow in the Dexterville Cemetery, town of Dexterville.?
Survivors include his parents; one brother; Daniel Houghton Jr; paternal grandparents, Margaret and Roger Houghton of Nekoosa, maternal grandparents, Beverly and Dennis Glodowski of Wisconsin Rapids; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal great-grandparents.
Friends may call at CHAKH-hah-ChEE Community Building on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
