Tombstone in the middle of a forest in Jackson, TN listed the date he was born, when he moved to Alabama, when he moved to Tenn. and death date.The descendants were all buried in that cemetery near him. It was a fairly large cemetery, but completely grown over by woods, and it was apparently behind where he once lived..and near the college he founded.

BRATTLEBORO - Justine Stone, 74, of Deepwood Drive died early Sunday at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.
Mrs. Stone was born in Norwich, Conn., on Feb. 12,1920, the daughter of Don and Alfredina (McKay) Houghton. She attended Norwich (Conn.) Free Academy and was a graduate of the Catherine Gibbs School in Providence, R.I. Mrs. Stone was a legal secretary. She was also a certified emergency medical technician in Rhode Island and was a 10-year volunteer with the Wakefield (R.I.) Ambulance Corp.
She worked extensively on hu man rights issues and was involved in local and state politics. She also enjoyed painting and nature. For several years she was an active member of the Dum- merston Historical Society.
On Aug. 24, 1940, in Seekonk, Mass., she married Richard Stone, who survives.
Other survivors include a son, Richard Stone Jr. of Boynton Beach, Fla; a daughter, Donna Knock of Apple Valley, Calif; and three grandchildren.
