GLEN ROCK — Bessie L Blymire Houghton, 74, widow of Albert Houghton, died at 8:20 p.m. Friday at the Carroll County Hospital, Westminster, Md.
The daughter of the late Samuel and Mary Reinike Blymire, she resided at 28 Church St. until four months ago. She had lived with a sister, Mrs. Sterling R Miller, Hampstead, for the past two months.
She is survived by her stepmother, Mrs Beatrice Blymire, 123 Hanover St., and the following brothers and sisters: Samuel E. Blymire, Deland, Fla; Robert W. Blymire, Lakeland, Fla; James E. Blymire, here; Mrs. Robert Anderson, York; Mrs. Carolyn J. Krout, here, and Mrs. Miller, and a number of nieces and nephews. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, this place, and the Leisure Time Club of Glen Rock. She was also a member of Tompkins Chapter 715, Order of the Eastern Star. Staten Island, N.Y. Her pastor, the Rev. Allen Wysocki will officiate at funeral services at 2 p.m. Monday from the Geiple Funeral Home, here. Interment will be in Potosi Comator near Hamp town.

Glen Haughton St. Johnsville — Glen Haughton, 58, of Lassellsville RD 1 St. Johnsville died Feb. In a Utica Hospital.
He was born son of Charles and May Smith Haughton. Mr Haughton was employed by the Palatine Dyeing Company in St. Johnsville.
He leaves a niece and several nephews. The funeral win be at 2 today from the Smith Funeral Home. Burial will be next upring in the St Johnsville Cemetery.
