Mildred Houghton 1921-1984 Mildred Houghton. 63. of Memphis, Mo., and formerly of Wenona, died unexpectedly Saturday afternoon at her home.
Burial will be in Memphis Cemetery.
Born Sept 5, 1921, in Wenona. she was the daughter of Roy and Stella (Shaw) Hoge. She married James Houghton on Sept. 19.1942. in Petersburg. Ill. He survives.
Also surviving are one son. Chari« Houghton, of Edina. Mo; three daughters. Linda (Mrs. William) Caraway of Las Vegas, and Jeannine and Mary Belle, both of Memphis; eight grandchildren; one brother. Donald Hoge. of Wenona; and two sisters. Freída (Mrs. Walter) Wenzlaff of Wenona and Dorothy (Mrs. Roy) Barke of Holland. Minn. She was preceded in death by one brother. Lerqy Hoge.
