Nancy Ladd: I was born and raised in Oklahoma and now have returned there in retirement. I have a B.S. in Business and a M.S. in Industrial Engineering. I spent a lifetime in Federal service, first in the Air Force as a commissioned officer, retiring as a Colonel, as subsequently as a member of the Senior Executive Corps at the Pentagon. I have been actively involved in genealogy since childhood.
