Back in 1879 George Kellar , then a resident of t h e village of Montezuma, suicided by shooting and hanging , leaving two sons, William Kellar, who lives at Montezuma and George Kellar of Syracuse. George Kellar. the suicide, was the son of Jacob Kellar, a wea lt hy wine merchant in Switzerland, who died some time previous. Hedied intestate and his son George oecame her to a portion of his father's property which he never got. Having died before this fact came to light, his two sons, grandchildren of the elder Kellarwere entitled to their father's share.
