    Mrs. Harriet Eckert died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Eugene MacArthur, Sunday evening, January 3.

    Mrs. Eckert had reached the advanced age of 83 years, and is survived by two daughters, Mrs. MacArthur, with whom she made her home, and Mrs. Lower, of Little Falls, also one sister, Mrs. Evart, of Marcellus.

    The funeral will be held from the home on Thursday at 2 o'clock.
