He died on 22 October 1958 or 23 October 1958 at Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In at least one case where I have seen a one day difference between death dates in an obituary and a death registration, it was due to timing. The official pronouncement of death was not made until after midnight even though they were called earlier. This might explain the difference in this case.5,2
The following selected information is extracted from his obituary. Survivor(s): Louise Marion Swenerton, Clifford W Swenerton and Lyman D. Swenerton.5 The informant on his death registration was his wife, Louise M Swenerton.2 The cause of his death was given as hypostatic pneumonia and arterio sclerotic heart disease.2 Lorne Daniel Swenerton was buried at Mountain View Cemetery and Crematorium, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.6
