The entry indicates "no bill" which seems to mean that there was nothing to answer for in court. Perhaps the accusing party failed to appear. on 10 July 1852 at Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England.¹⁸
     Rowland and Ellen Patchett appeared on the 1861 British Census of England, at North Somercotes, Lincolnshire, enumerated effective 07 Apr 1861, described as Foreman on a Farm. Their children Susanna and George were listed as living with them. Wesley Watts, a boarder and described as a scholar, was his brother-in-law.¹² Rowland Benton Patchett was a survivor of his wife Ellen who died in 1864.¹⁹

Their children Samuel, Charles, William, John and Mary Ann were listed as living with them. The household included 1 female and 2 male servants.⁴

Their children Sarah, Kate and Mary Ann were listed as living with them. His brother Charles Patchett was also included in the household.³

The 1911 census gives his month of birth as Oct and his age as 7.^6,4,3 Alternatively, he may have been born in 1903 at Ontario, Canada, accordng to his gravemarker.^1,5 Elmer married M. However it gives her age as 82 years 10 months which would mean she was born about Feb 1841.^{10,11,9,12,13,5} Alternatively, she may have been born on 2 February 1840 at Lincolnshire, England, in the 1901 & 1911 census.^7,3,4,6 Alternatively, she may have been born circa 1843 at England according to the 1871 census.¹⁴ Ann married Motson Brader Brown on 7 November 1860 at St. Vincent Twp., Grey County, Ontario, Canada.^{15,8,3,12,13,4}
     Ann Brown died on 7 December 1923 at Simcoe County, Ontario, Canada, according to Ontario Death Registration 030609.⁷ The informant on her death registration was her daughter, Mrs. Ditson.⁷ The cause of her death was given as senility.⁷
