Mrs. Bell Reynolds Passes Away In KC; Services Tomorrow
     Mrs. Bell B. Reynolds, 75, passed away in a King City hospital yesterday following a long illness. She was the widow of the late Arthur E. Reynolds, former Lonoak road cattleman and rancher, who preceded her in death in 1942.
     Mrs. Reynolds was a native of Sioux City, Iowa, and came here with her parents, the pioneer Mr. and Mrs. Charles L. Burdick, 68 years ago. Except for a few years in San Jose, she spent all of her life in Monterey county.
     Surviving are one son, Harold E. Reynolds of the Lonoak ranch; one grandson, Eugene Reynolds; a granddaughter, Donna Reynolds; two brothers, George B. and Frank B. Burdick; and one sister, Mrs. Maude L. Kent, the latter three of San Jose.
     Funeral services will be conducted at the Ree C. Grim funeral home, King City, tomorrow, by the Rev. Joseph O. Richmond. Interment will be In the family plot, King City cemetery. Six nephews will act as pallbearers.3

     McCALL, Ida, May 23 (UP)
     Jack Gepford, 17-year-old Boise high school senior, was drowned, yesterday at Payette lake during a "sneak day" outing.
     A companion, Bill Hesse, 17, suffered shock after repeated attempts to recover Gepford's body. The youths were thrown into the water when their canoe overturned. Sheriff's officers recovered Gepford's body by dragging the lake.7
