     He died in 1995.1
     He also went by the name of Art Mayhew.4 He also went by the name of Arthur.5,6 He moved to Foxwarren, RM of Prairie View, Manitoba, Canada, with his parents James Halliday Mayhew and Susan Grasley and family in 1921. They probably moved after the June 1921 census.7 Clarance Arthur Mayhew was listed as a witness to the marriage of Isaac F Cuthbertson and Verna Olga Mayhew on 14 September 1938 in United Church, Minnedosa, Manitoba, Canada.8,9 Arthur Mayhew moved to Calgary, Alberta, Canada, with James Mayhew and Susan Mayhew in 1960; Foxwarren.7
