Edward Burleson, Jr., was born on 1 March 1686 in Suffield, Massachusetts Bay Colony (now part of Hartford County, Connecticut), British Colonial America.1

Edward Burleson, Jr., died on 16 May 1746 at age 60.1


He was crippled and learned the tailor's trade at Hadley, Massachusetts. He also taught school in a remote part of the village of Suffield.

He was forbidden to marry his true love Elizabeth Jessee and no no record of marriage has been found.1
