Biography

Saveria was raised by her mother, Rosalea, in Valletta, Malta and was de jure (by right) Baroness of Frigenuini.
Saveria had two main lovers—the Marquis Antonio de Piro and Lord Archibald Douglas- Hamilton—by which she had children. She is also rumoured to have had the Bourbon Prince of Sicily as a lover. Saveria had gone to London in 1783 and lived there until 1795. She then returned to Malta with her children where she died in 1797.

Only? child of Geltrude Sceberras Moscati, he was born in 17??. In 1733, Claudio married Saveria Testaferrata of the Barony of Testaferrata (b. 17??), dau. of Fabrizio Testaferrata, 10^th Baron of Castel Cicciano and 2^nd Baron of Gomerino and Antonia Cassar-Falsone. On 8 March 1776 Claudio was created 1^st Marquis di Xrobb-il-Ghagin, with his male descendants in perpetuity, by Grand MPolduc.
