FREEMONT - David N. Houghton, 22, passed away suddenly on Monday, June 27, 2016, at his home in Fremont, N.H. He was born on October 14, 1993, in Newburyport, Mass., and resided most of his life in Exeter, N.H. before moving to Fremont two months ago.

An early graduate of Exeter High School, David loved animals and had a deep affection for nature. He enjoyed many outdoor activities including hiking and fishing.

He is survived by his mother Stacy L. Randall and her significant other Douglas Dowie of Fremont, N.H; his father Ted N. Houghton of Raymond, N.H; his sister Blythe Denoncourt and her husband Kurt of Raymond, N.H; his step-grandfather Robert Waterman of Seabrook, N.H; his grandfather John Randall of Haverhill, Mass; his very close family friend and "second mother", Donna Peterson; several aunts, uncles and cousins, and many close friends.
