TIONESTA - Marian A. Eschrich Haven, 84, of Tionesta, formerly of Bradford, died on Wednesday (March 2, 2016) at St. Vincent Health Center in Erie.
She was born March 16, 1931, in Bradford, daughter of the late Paul B. and Mayme Belser Eschrich. On Nov. 29, 1958, in Bradford, she married William M. Haven, who died July 15, 2000.
During her early years, Marian helped out at the Truck Stop Dairy Bar and Restaurant in Bradford, which was the family business. Later, she was employed by Corning Glass, also of Bradford. After retirement, her and husband Bill made their home in Tionesta, loved to travel and spent more than 20 years "wintering" in Mission, Texas, where they greatly enjoyed spending time with their Texan friends. She took cake decorating classes and loved to cook, especially making pies and creating cakes.
She was a member of the Tidioute VFW Post #8803 Ladies Auxiliary.
Surviving are a son, Darrel L. Haven (partner Mike Geraughty) of Palm Springs, Calif; a daughter, Dorothy E. "Dottie" Near (partner Bruce Davidson) of Rochester, N.Y; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Richard H. Haven; three brothers, Meryl, Herbert and Howard; and a sister, Lucille Forcey.
Friends will be received at the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, followed by funeral services to be conducted at 4 p.m. with Clarion-Forest VNA Hospice Chaplin Randy L. Evans, officiating. Burial will take place at Riverside Cemetery in Tionesta.
Memorial contributions may be made to The Make-A-Wish Foundation , 312 W Mahoning St #1, Punxsutawney, PA 15767; or the Tionesta Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 428, Tionesta, PA 16353.

Passed away on March 8 at St. Francis Hospital. He is survived by his parents, Thom and Nancy Houghton-Lynch; his sisters, Emma, Allison and Mallory; his grandfathers, John J. Houghton and James A. Lynch; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, all of whom loved him dearly.

In keeping with Joel's loving and generous spirit, it was his decision to be an organ donor through the Gift of Life program so that others may live. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 809 S. Broom St., Wilm., on Friday, March 11 at 10:30 AM. Interment in All Saints Cemetery.

Myra Houghton, 88, of Lake Villa, IL passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2016.

She was born October 18, 1927, the daughter of the late Frank and Ruth Conoboy.

She is survived by her sons James (Sandy), Thomas (Annamarie), Donald (Laurie), and William (Debra), eleven grandchildren, and nineteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert and by her siblings Tom Conoboy, Robert Conoboy, and Dorothy Conoboy.

Visitation will be 10 - 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at Ringa Funeral Home, 122 S. Milwaukee Ave. Lake Villa, IL 60046. A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. A procession to Ascension Cemetery for burial will follow.
