Deceased Name: T.J. Houghton
NORTH SALT LAKE--Thomas Jex Houghton, Jr., age 17, passed away December 5, 1991, of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

He was born April 13, 1974, in Salt Lake City, a son of Tom and Barbara Huhtala Houghton. He was a member of the Bountiful Community Church, and the Senior High Youth Group. He was a Senior at Woods Cross High School, and was active in Scouting; he loved to hunt, fish, and camp. He had a love for his classmates and appreciated their friendships.

Surviving are: His parents, of North Salt Lake; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Huhtala; Mrs. Midge Houghton, all of Orem; great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George F. Jex, Provo; two brothers: Ben and Matt, both of North Salt Lake; many uncles, aunts and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 18, 1 p.m., at the Bountiful Community Church, 100 No. 400 East. Friends may call Tuesday, from 6-8 p.m., at the Danforth Chapel at Bountiful Community Church, and on Wednesday one hour prior to the services. Interment, Bountiful City Cemetery under direction of Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary.

The family wishes to thank T.J.'s many friends and neighbors for their support and love.
