Main Events

MarriageSir Sir William Bostock and Alice Moulton were married.
OccupationHe was a Seneschal in Frodsham.
BiographyHe was knighted in France by King Edward III.

There is some confusion here too as The Visitation of Cheshire 1580 suggests that Sir William was the son of Sir Adam Bostock who married Jane Brereton whereas other records seem to indicate that Sir Adam who married Margery Wetenhall was the son of Sir Adam who married Jane Brereton, and that Sir William was perhaps the son of Sir Edward Bostock ( b circa 1270 ).

He was evidently Lord of Bostock and Seneschal of Frodsham.
