     He was born circa 1868 at Ontario, Canada.2 Thomas married Christena Mustard on 18 July 1906 at RM of Westbourne, Manitoba, Canada.3

Census Data

     Thomas J. Douglas and Christena Douglas appeared on the 1921 Canadian Census of Winnipeg, Manitoba, enumerated 3 June 1921, enumerated as a manufactirer with his own business but the type of industry is illegible.. Their household included one domestic servant, Edith Coamp.2
     In the obituary of Corp. Athol W. Moffat who died 21 November 1919, his uncle, Thomas James Douglas of Winnipeg, was listed as a survivor.4 He was executor of the estate of of his nephew, Athol William Moffat in 1920; The executors of his estate were his uncles, Thomas James Douglas and Robert Andrew Douglas.1
