Michael Peter Dutt passed away November 29, 2011 in Salt Lake City, UT. He was born October 27, 1956 in St. Louis, MO to Heinz Joachim Dutt and Kathleen Houghton-Dutt.
Mike was employed at Smith's where he was known as "Meat Man." He was an avid skier and loved the outdoors. Mike's immediate and extended family played a major role in his life, especially his son, Dylan. His smiling eyes, his humor, his gift for gab, and, lastly, his infectious laugh will be missed.
Survived by: his son Dylan; his parents Heinz and Karin Dutt; siblings Elise, Karin, and Brian. He also left behind his nieces and nephews Stephanie and Rebecca Wuenscher as well as Katie, Andrew, and Peter Graham. He also leaves behind a large community of friends.
Preceded in death by his mother Kathleen, maternal grandparents Edward and Carrie Houghton, paternal grandparents Heinz and Paula Dutt, and his aunt Ursula Dutt
A gathering will be held on Thursday, Dec 8, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Gallivan Center to honor the time we had with him.
