William Leonard Houghton III, 67, of Gustine died Jan. 25 at Memorial Hospital Los Banos. Mr. Houghton was a native of San Francisco and lived in Gustine 12 years. He was a truck driver for Lasher Bros. Trucking Co. He was a member of Teamsters union Local 83 and the American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Debra Houghton of Gustine; eight children; brother, Jack Houghton of Arizona; mother, Gwen Houghton of San Francisco; and 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, William Houghton Jr. Private burial at Cypress Cemetery, Colma.²
