BOUNTIFUL, UTAH--Our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Ruth Marie Houghton Elms, returned to her Heavenly Father and her loving husband, Charles, on May 24, 1995.

Born November 3,

1901 to Mathilda and Franklin Houghton in Staten Island, New York. Married Charles D. Elms on December 18, 1925. She lived her life devoted to her family to the end and found much joy in her great-grandchildren and family. She loved life and lived it to the fullest, always giving and loving.

Survived by her son, Charles D. Elms, Jr. (Donna); grandchildren, Diana Humphreys, Darlene Holt and John Daniel Elms, 2nd and 13 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Friday, May 26, 1995 at 11 a.m. at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main. Viewing prior to services from 10:15 to 10:45. Interment: West Point, Virginia.

Nan had a special love for her wonderful neighbors and friends, also Holly, a very special nurse who helped her in her last days. Nan will be greatly missed and always loved and adored by me, her granddaughter.
