Win Wetherbee:
Many places, including your web site, say that Simeon and Rachel had a daughter Olive Houghton (#59877). Olive married Moses Wetherbee, who is my great, great grandfather (I've attached a GEDCOM file with that line down to my father Bernard - My father has passed away). Unfortunately, Olive was born in Maryland, NY, in Otsego County in 1816. Finding Birth records in NY appears to be rather tough, if someone was born prior to 1880. Therefore, I have no source connecting Olive to her parents. Do you have some form of authentication for her birth?
I know where Olive and each of my descendants from her are buried (including the actual grave site numbers) and knew my grandfather Fred quite well and have his memories of his father Jarvis, as well as my father's memory of him, to assure me that the line from Olive to me is valid, though I am seeking more authentication there as well. You are welcome to add that line to your site, if you like.¹
