Henry J. Houghten Dead at 23 Years
Henry J. Houghton, 23 vears old, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry C. Houghten. 1021 Twenty-first street, well known In college theatricals and as an amateur golfer, died suddenly yesterday in Grace hospital of appendicitis.
Houghten was a grandson of the late Henry Houghten, pioneer builders' supply dealer In this city.
For three years he attended Notre Dame university, where he was prominent In student activities. At the time of his death he was attending the Detroit College of Law.
