     He appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Platte Twp., Andrew Co., MissouriG, in the household of his parents, John T. Bailey and Eliza Shelton.10 He appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Platte Twp., Andrew Co., MissouriG, in the household of his parents.11
     Edward married Virginia Gallaway, daughter of William H. Gallaway and Angelina Brady, on 9 Sep 1877.7,8,9
     Edward and Virginia appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Empire Twp., Andrew Co., Missouri G, enumerated 5 Jun 1880. Their son Oscar was listed as living with them. Her mother was apparently living either with them or close by, as she is listed as the preceding household in the census record.12
     He was a farmer.12
     Edward died on 4 Jan 1886 at age 30.1

Oscar B. Bailey was born on 24 Jul 1878 in MissouriG.4,5,6
     He appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Empire Twp., Andrew Co., Missouri, G in the household of his parents, Edward Spotswood Bailey and Virginia Gallaway.1
     His father died on 4 Jan 1886, when Oscar was 7 years old.11
     James F. Smith was appointed guardian and curator of Oscar's estate in Andrew Co., Missouri, Probate Court. He posted a bond of $300 on 20 Jun 1894, with Oscar's grandfather John T. Bailey as one of the sucurities.12
     Oscar married Alma B. Hurst, daughter of Elijah Hurst and Margaret A. Best, on 12 Sep 1899 in Savannah, Andrew Co., MissouriG, with Rev. L. B Wiles officating.7,8
     Oscar received a distribution of $114 from the estate of his grandmother's sister Elvira, as reported in the final settlement report for the estate, which was filed 13 Feb 1900.13
      Oscar had moved to Gentry Co.G before their marriage, and he and Alma settled there after they were married.14 They appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Cooper Twp., Gentry Co., Missouri G, enumerated 18 Jun 1900, reporting they owned their farm, which was mortgaged. William Joel Wrightsman, a farm laborer age 25, was listed as living with them and shown as a servant. Apparently he was working on the farm while Oscar worked at the ice plant. He and Alma married after Oscar's death.3
     Oscar died on 1 May 1908 at age 29.4,9 He was buried in Savannah Cemetery, Savannah, Andrew Co., MissouriG.10

     Alma married second William Joel Wrightsman, son of William A. Wrightsman and Euphema J. Kimbrell, on 15 Jun 1913 in St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., MissouriG, with John M. Asbell officiating.8,9
     Alma died on 27 Jul 1914 at age 35.4 She was buried in Savannah Cemetery, Savannah, Andrew Co., MissouriG.10

William Joel Wrightsman was born on 23 May 1875 in Maryville, MissouriG.5,6,7
     He appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Cooper Twp., Gentry Co., Missouri, G in the household of his parents, William A. Wrightsman and Euphema J. Kimbrell.17
     He used the name Tim almost exclusively as an adult. He seems to have used his birth name, William, only for formal occasions, such as applying for marriage licenses and some census records. But his death certificate shows his name as Tim and his tombstone shows him as Timothy.18,14,19
     William appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Cooper Twp., Gentry Co., Missouri, G in the household of Oscar B. Bailey and Alma B. Hurst, who would become his wife after the death of her husband.20
     William married first Fredrecka Hansen about 1908.8
     William and Fredrecka appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Kansas City, Jackson Co., Missouri, at 815 West 21st. St. G, enumerated 22 Apr 1910, reporting they were renting their home. Their daughter Marjorie was listed as living with them.21
     He was a farm laborer in 1900. By 1910 he was a foreman in a mail order house.22,23
     William married second Alma B. Hurst, daughter of Elijah Hurst and Margaret A. Best, on 15 Jun 1913 in St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., MissouriG, with John M. Asbell officiating.9,10
     His second wife died on 27 Jul 1914.24
     William married third Daisie C. Lipke, daughter of Charles H. Lipke and Callie A., on 13 Jul 1918 in Jackson Co., MissouriG.11,12,13
     William registered for the draft for World War I on 12 Sep 1918, while living at 915 Penn Ave, Kansas City, MissouriG, reporting he was employed as a foreman for Griffin Wheel Co.3
     He was a foreman for an iron wheel company in 1920.25,26
     William and Daisie appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Kansas City, Wyandotte Co., Kansas, at 1129 Virginia Ave. G, enumerated 6 Jan 1920, reporting they owned their home, free of mortgage. Her sister Nellie was listed as living with them.27
     William and Daisie moved across the river to Kansas City, Kansas, by 1924.28 They appeared on the 1925 State Census of Kansas City, Wyandotte Co., KansasG, reporting they owned their home, which was mortgaged.4
     William and Daisie appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Kansas City, Wyandotte Co., Kansas, at 1129 Richmond Ave. G, enumerated 5 Apr 1930, reporting they owned a home valued at $3,000, and owned a radio.29
     He was a foreman for a steel plant in 1930. He had retired, or was unable to work by 1940, but his death certificate shows his occupation as laborer, suggesting he may have worked as a laborer again before he retired.30,31,32
     No further record of Daisie has been found after 1930. In 1940 census he was still in the same city but without her. His marital staus is overwritten but seems to say married.33
     William appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Kansas City, Wyandotte Co., Kansas, at 1136 Richmond G, enumerated 16 Apr 1940, boarding with Alfred A. Hamper and his wife.34
     William died on 17 Sep 1961 in Columbia, Boone Co., MissouriG, at age 86.14,15 He was buried on 19 Sep 1961 in Roach Cemetery, Roach, Camden Co., MissouriG.14,16
