Grand Duke Konstantin (of Russia) was born on 9 September 1827 in St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg, Russia.1 He was the son of Nikolaj I (of Russia) and Charlotte Aleksandra Friederike Czarine (of Russia).1 Grand Duke Konstantin (of Russia) married Elizabeth Alexandra (of Saxe), daughter of Joseph (of Saxe-Altenbur) and Amalie (of Württemberg), in 1848.1 Grand Duke Konstantin (of Russia) died on 13 January 1892 in Pavlovsk, St. Petersburg, Russia, at age 64.1
