His will was dated 10 December 1580, and proved on 15 February 1580/81. In it he mentions his children William, Francis, Nicholas, Luke, and Judith, saying they were with his wife Agnes, plus his other children Thomas, Isabel (called Elizabeth in the will, a variant of Isabel), Richard, John, Susan, and Agnes. Richard was named as executor, and Thomas as an overseer.1
