     She was born on 20 May 1848 at Warwickshire, England.2,3 Sarah married John Briscoe on 16 October 1869 at Admaston Twp., Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada, according to their Ontario Marriage Registration.1,3
     Sarah Pickering died on 14 September 1933 at Miller Twp., Frontenac County, Ontario, Canada, at age 85 according to Ontario Death Registration 015556.2 The informant on her death registration was her son, George Briscoe. Her father was identified as Thomas Pickering and Sarah Hackett.2 The cause of her death was given as a fracture at the base of her skull after falling down stairs.2
     Sarah Pickering was buried on 16 September 1933 at Matawatchan, Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada.2

     James Sandford Briscoe died on 19 April 1955, a local hospital, at Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.2 The cause of his death was given as a severe brain hemorrhage.2
