     He died on 6 April 1954 in Ottawa Civic Hospital, Ottawa, Carleton County, Ontario, Canada, at age 16.1,3 The cause of his death was given as injuries sustained when the family home was destroyed by fire.1 He was buried in North Russell Union Cemetery, Russell, Russell Twp., Russell County, Ontario, Canada.4
