     He was born on 27 December 1939 at Fair Oaks Hospital, Pasadena, Los Angeles County, California, USA.1,2
     He died on 26 November 2018 in a hospice at Chandler, Arizonz, USA, at age 78 Bill fell in Mazatlan about two weeks earlier and suffered a brain bleed. He had emergency surgery, and was later transported by air ambulance back to Phoenix. He never regained consiousness after the surgery. He was a dear friend, and we will miss him.3
     He also went by the name of Bill.4
     In the obituary of Muriel Beulah Summach who died 8 December 1992, Muriel's son-in-law, Bill Packard was listed as a survivor.5
     In the obituary of George Henry Seymour who died 15 May 2014, George's son-in-law, Bill Packard was listed as a survivor.6
