     She was commonly known as Belle Jackson in the 1870 census.10 She immigrated with her parents, Thomas Langdale and Elizabeth Langdale between 1 April 1828 and 30 June 1828 to Alexandria, Alexandria County, Virginia, USA, left England from Liverpool, arriving at the port of Alexandria, VA on board the Pioneer under ships master, Leonard Marberg or possibly Marbury.6
     Only the head of the household was named in the 1840 census, with the number of household members broken out by age and gender groupings. Isabelle appears to have been included in this statistical breakout of the household of Reuben Jackson.16

...Reuben C. Jackson died at his home in Miller township, Nov. 15, 1887. Mr. Jackson was born about where the village of Hardentown now stands, on February 28, 1810, consequently he was nearing his 78th year. The deceased resided nearly all his life in this county, was well known as an honest upright man, and was amongst the best of citizens. By industry and economy he accumulated a valuable property. The deceased was noted for strictly attending to his own affairs. He seemed to give especial care to raising his children to respectable and industrious habits, and succeeded well. His word was as good as his bond in all business transactions. The deceased left six living children -- three sons and three daughters, all being present with the exception of Thomas who resides in the far West. Funeral services at Bellview, conducted by Rev. Jesse Miller. The following old neighbors and friends of the family acted as carriers: Leman G. Whipple, James Liddle, Enoch B. Nowlin, C.R. Campbell, George W Robinson and Christopher Smith. The remains were placed in the vault at Greendale to await future interment.8
