This happened in the city of Opoczno on the twenty-first of October in the year 1844 at three o'clock in the afternoon came in an Orthodox Jew Mosiek Rozenblum a scholar fifty years old and Jcek Kurtz a scholar seventy-two years old, both residents of Opoczno and they informed me, the civil state's clerk, that yesterday that is on the 20th of October of this year at seven o'clock in the morning passed away an Orthodox Jew Perla Czarna a two month old daugher of the Orthodox Jews Icek, living, and Szyfra, deceased, a married couple, the Czarnys, residents in the city of Opoczno, making their living as butchers(?).
