Haughton, 83, of Indianapolis, Ind., formerly of Holiday, Fla., passed away December 4, 2005. She was born December 26,1921, in Philadelphia, Pa., to William P. and Florence Bullock Haughton, who preceded her in death. Elizabeth married the late William S. Ormsby and was a homemaker. She volunteered with the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts of America and was a gifted artist with watercolor and oil paints. Memorial visitation was 5-7 p.m. Friday, December 9, at Shirley Brothers Fishers-Castleton Chapel, 9900 Allisonville Road, with services immediately following. Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Anne Kohler of Indianapolis; son, Robert W. Ormsby of Valrico, Fla; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association,

Jordan Houghton served in the United States Army from 2009-2013 as a Combat Medic (68W10). He was stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord with 5th Battalion, 20th Infantry (3rd Brigade, 2nd Infantry Unit). He deployed to Pashto (Zhari District), Kandahar Province, Afghanistan in December of 2011. In February of2012he was injured during an unmounted patrol, resulting in hospitalization. He later received a Purple Heart and Combat Medical Badge for efforts in combat and resulting injuries.¹
