Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, May 21, 2001, 10 a.m., at Ovilla Road Church of the Nazarene, 2950 West Ovilla Road, Glenn Heights, Texas, officiated by Pastor Philip Kimberling. Interment will be at Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery, Dallas. Arrangements entrusted to West/Hurtt Funeral Home, DeSoto, Texas.⁴

Mason Co., TX, USA, Nancy Grace Bradberry m Jesse Allen Clark & had 5 children. Jesse Clark d 1871. In one place in Pope's book, he mistakenly uses this as the death date for Nancy. Nancy Grace Bradberry Clark Doyal d c1878 Kimble Tx. Pope confirms in another area of his book she remarr abt 1873 to George Doyal had least 2 children. Its possible if Nancy passed away it left Clark children orphaned sometime mid-late 1870s. Also possible they did not get along with new stepfather and went to live with relatives. Acc/to Jack Pope 12-28-1871 Eugene Houghton shot and killed Alvin Clark. Alvin was Nancy's husband and father of Rhoda/Wm. Apparently, Alvin shot Houghton's dog for molesting his cattle and Houghton shot him. 1872 James Bradberry, husband of Elizabeth Berry (Bate's sister) was killed by Indians. This acc/to Pope's book.¹
