This unknown person is a placeholder for the wife (unknown name) of George HINSON referred to in the handwritten Hanson Family History. In that document it is said that George HINSON migrated to the Colonies from England via Ireland (or Spain), married twice. Had 3 children (names unknown) by first wife (name unknown), no record of marriage termination.315

While it could be that this wife is Margaret BURCHELL of Stafford Co., VA, some of the timing argues against it. See entries for Margaret BURCHELL and Sarah SULLIVAN, wives of (some) George HINSON.

So until the issue of George HINSON’s wives as resolved, I am carrying this unknown wife. Margaret BURCHELL and Sarah SULLIVAN are also carried as wives of George HINSON, but I don’t think they are the wives of the George HINSON who married Margaret MOZINGO and was father to Elijah HINSON of NC.
