Note	Inscription In a Vault Beneath doth Lye Interred the Body of Eliz. Second Daugr of Leonard Neal of Wokingham in the County of Berks and Wilts who was Son of Rog. Neal of Alesbury in the Cou of Bucks Gent. and the wife of Tho second son of Ralph Snelson Yeoman of ye Parish who had Issue one son Tho now living at whose Charge this Monument was erected she died the 24 of May 1743 aged 86 Aged 86 years Gravesite Details South Wall, No 02.
Note	The original document undoubtedly has a capital “N” so looks like “Nelson” …. but with a name like “Thomas” it is quite feasible that the writer has interpreted a spoken “Thomas Snelson” and writtyen that as “Thomas Nelson”. Not the first time ! So, how likely is this ? The marriage has not been found anywhere else, so this is a reasonable assumption in my opinion. The marriage is listed in Boyd’s Marruage Index and in London, England, Church of England Baptisms, Marriages and Burials, 1538-1812 for Elizab Neels. Westminster, St Marylebone: Marylebone Road. 1668-1711.
Birth	She was born between 1657 and 1659.
Marriage	Elizabeth Neal and Thomas Snelson were married on 19 April 1692 in St Mary Le Bone, Marylebone, London, England, The transcript reads that the Spouse’s last name is “Nelson” but there are too many other conicidences for me to accept that this is not the marriage of Thomas SNELSON and Elizabeth Neal(e). It is also tru that Eliabeth Neal is apparently descended from important people being father Leonard Neal and her grandfather Roger Neal.
	Her son Thomas Snelson was born about 1693.
	Her father Leonard Neal died in 1716.
Death	She died on 24 May 1743 in Great Malvern, Worcestershire.
Burial	Elizabeth's remains were buried on 30 May 1743 in Great Malvern Priory, Powick, Worcester, England, Address: St Mary & St Michael Anglican, South Wall No 2. "In the vault beneath doth lie interred the Body of Eliz. second daug. of Leonard Neal of Wokingham in the Co. of Berks and Wilts who was the son of Roger Neal of Alesbury in the county of Bucks, Gentleman - and the wife of Tho. the second son of Ralf Snelson Yeoman of ye parish who had issue one Thomas now living at whose Charge this monument was erected. She died 24 May 1743 aged 86 years."1
	Her husband Thomas Snelson died on 27 July 1753 in Great Malvern, Worcestershire.
