     She appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, in the household of her parents, Alfred William Fenker and Jessie Blanch Billiter.4 She appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, in the household of her parents.5
     She was an office secretary by 1948, living with her parents.19
     Mildred married first William Black between 1948 and 1954. No actual record of the marriage has been found, so we know only that it occurred between 1948, when she appeared in the city directory with her maiden name, and 1954 when she appeared in her father's obituary with her married name. We know only his given name, from her sister-in-law; he has not been further identified. Whether he died or they divorced is unknown.12,13,14
     Mildred married second Charles William Doepke, son of William Leo Doepke and Ethel H. Page, on 1 Aug 1962 in Pleasant Ridge Presbyterian Church, Pleasant Ridge, Hamilton Co., Ohio.15,8,16
     Her second husband died on 21 May 1987 in Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio.20,10,21
     Mildred died on 27 Feb 2018 in Ohio at age 94.11,17 She was buried on 10 Mar 2018 in Spring Grove Cemetery, Cincinnati, Ohio.18
