Damaris Hopkins

Damaris Hopkins was born after 22 May 1627 in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of Pilgrim Stephen Hopkins and Pilgrim Elizabeth Fisher. Damaris Hopkins married Jacob Cooke, son of Pilgrim Francis Cooke and Hester Mahieu, after 10 June 1646 in Plymouth, (now Plymouth County), New Plymouth Colony.¹ A contract for the marriage of Damaris Hopkins and Jacob Cooke was signed on 10 June 1646 in Plymouth, (now Plymouth County), New Plymouth Colony.² Damaris Hopkins died before 18 November 1669.¹
She became the mother of Elizabeth Cooke on 18 January 1647/48.¹ Damaris Hopkins became the mother of Caleb Cooke on 29 March 1651.¹ Damaris Hopkins became the mother of Jacob Cooke on 26 March 1653.¹ Damaris Hopkins became the mother of Mary Cooke on 12 January 1656/57.¹ Damaris Hopkins became the mother of Martha Cooke on 16 March 1659/60.¹ Damaris Hopkins became the mother of Francis Cooke on 5 January 1661/62.¹ Damaris Hopkins became the mother of Ruth Cooke on 17 January 1664/65.¹
