Benjamin Eaton was the son of Pilgrim Francis Eaton and Christian Penn.2 Benjamin Eaton married Sarah Hoskins on 4 December 1660.2 Benjamin Eaton died on 15 January 1711/12 in Plympton, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.2
He became the father of Benjamin Eaton in 1664.2
