Lady Caroline Russell was born in January 1743 of Bloomsbury, London, Middlesex, England.¹ She was the daughter of John Russell and Gertrude Leveson Gower.¹ Lady Caroline Russell married Duke George Spencer, son of Duke Charles Spencer and Honorable Elizabeth Trevor, on 23 August 1762 at Bedford House, Bloomsbury, Middlesex, England.¹ Lady Caroline Russell died on 26 November 1811 in Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire, England, at age 68.¹ She was buried on 2 December 1811 in Blenheim, Oxfordshire, England.¹
