Princess Wilhelmine Amalie (of Brunswick-Luneburg) was born on 21 April 1673 in Lhuneburg, Hannover, Prussia.1 She married Emperor Josef I (of the Holy Roman Empire), son of Emperor Leopold I (of the Holy Roman Empire) and Princess Eleonore (of Palatine), on 24 February 1699 in Wien, Wien, Austria.1 Princess Wilhelmine Amalie (of Brunswick-Luneburg) died on 10 April 1742 in Wien, Wien, Austria, at age 68.1 She was buried in Kapuziener Kirche, Wien, Wien, Austria.1
She became the mother of Queen Marie Josefe (of Poland) on 8 December 1699.1 Princess Wilhelmine Amalie (of Brunswick-Luneburg) became the mother of Archduke Leopold Josef (of Austria) on 29 October 1700.1 Wilhelmine Amalie's son Archduke Leopold Josef (of Austria) died on 4 August 1701.1 Princess Wilhelmine Amalie (of Brunswick-Luneburg) became the mother of Archduchess Marie Amalie (of Austria) on 22 October 1701.1 Princess Wilhelmine Amalie (of Brunswick-Luneburg) became a widow with the death of her husband, Emperor Josef I (of the Holy Roman Empire) on 17 April 1711 in Wien, Wien, Austria, at age 32.1 Wilhelmine Amalie's daughter was married at wedding of Queen Marie Josefe (of Poland) and King August III (Friedrich) (of Poland) on 20 August 1719 in Wien, Wien, Austria.1
