Duke Ludwig (of Wurttemberg) was born in 1756 in Wurttemberg, Germany.2,1 He was the son of Frederick Eugene (of Wurttemberg) and Dorothea (of Brandenburg).2 Duke Ludwig (of Wurttemberg) married Henriette (of Nassau), daughter of Prince Karl (of Nassau-Weilburg) and Caroline (?), in 1797.2,1 Duke Ludwig (of Wurttemberg) died in 1817.1
