Online at casetext.com (as of 2025, this web site no longer exists). This is an appeal in 1950 of a 9 September 1949 decision by the Ozaukee Co. (Wisconsin) Circuit Court in a case brought by Mena P. Shannon, as executrix of the estate of Johanna L. Pennifill, against N. J. Hoffman and Marguerite Pennifill Hoffman, for payment of a note for $6355.01, at 5% interest, given to the Hoffmans by the deceased on 29 December 1943. The Circuit Court had ruled in favor of the plaintiff Mena P. Shannon, and that decision was upheld in the appeal.
