The images are mis-identified as being in Sherman Twp. The six images for Fairfield Twp. have page nos. 29-31, and p. 29 has "Fairfield Tp. Huron Co. Ohio" written in the left column. For the images for Sherman Twp., the first six have page nos. 32-34, with no township identified in the first column. The seventh page is p. 51, and has "Sherman Township" written in the first column. It seems clear that the first six images at Ancestry for Sherman Twp. (pp. 32-34) are actually for Fairfield Twp.

  • [S3913] Obituary, Mrs. John McCulloch, "A Sudden Summons", Villisca Review, Villisca, Iowa. Image from findagrave.com, memorial for Eliza J. McCulloch (No. 106310473), added by BrysonSearcherJMM. The image of her obituary does not include the publication date, but the caption added by the submitter is "Villisca Review - 1 April 1907." However, her cemetery marker has her death date as 8 April 1907, as does her husband's obituary. And, her obituary says she died on Monday morning, and funeral services were being held "today." In 1907, 8 April 1907 was indeed a Monday. It seems likely her obituary was actually published on 10 April 1907.
