Barnebee was born on 23 September 1909 in Mendon, St. Joseph Co., Michigan.1,2 She married first Alfred Horn on 12 April 1927 in Elkhart Co., Indiana.3 They were divorced in February 1929.1 She married second Oscar Jay DeWitt, son of Oscar J. DeWitt and Viola Rose Evans, on 6 July 1929 in Lagrange Co., Indiana.1 They were divorced on 9 November 1934 in Barry Co., Michigan, filed by Mary on 16 August 1932; alimony was granted.4 She married third Hugh A. Thomas on 29 December 1934 in Vicksburg, Kalamazoo Co., Michigan.5 She died on 5 June 1984 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo Co., Michigan, at age 74.6,7,2 She was buried on 8 June 1984 at Lakeside Cemetery in Colon, St. Joseph Co., Michigan.2,8
     She and her husband Oscar are listed in Vicksburg, Kalamazoo Co., Michigan, in the 1930 census with their infant daughter Rose and Mary's daughter Ruby Jane Horn from her first marriage.9
     She and her third husband Hugh are listed in Colon, St. Joseph Co., Michigan, in the 1950 census, along with her granddaughter Alice (although she's listed as Hugh's daughter, with the surname Thomas), age 5.10,11

     Beatrice Anna Moore was born on 3 August 1915 in Hastings, Barry Co., Michigan.1 She married first Oscar Jay DeWitt, son of Oscar J. DeWitt and Viola Rose Evans, in August 1936.4 They were divorced on 22 May 1945 in Barry Co., Michigan.4 She married second John Daniel Sibotean on 16 June 1945 in Hastings, Barry Co., Michigan.2 She and her first husband Oscar may have later remarried. Beatrice's obituary says she was survived "by her husband, Oscar;" Social Security records list her name as Beatrice Anna Dewitt in 1944, Beatrice Dewitt Sibotean in 1946, and Beatrice A. Dewitt after her death; they are listed together in the 1954 Grand Rapids city directory; and they share a cemetery marker.3,1,5,6 She died on 18 April 1990 at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, Kent Co., Michigan, at age 74.3 She was buried on 21 April 1990 at Rutland Cemetery in Hastings, Barry Co., Michigan.3,6
     She and her husband Oscar are listed in Battle Creek, Calhoun Co., Michigan, in the 1940 census, along with their infant daughter Judith.7
