     John William Kielo died on 9 April 1977 at M.S.A. General Hospital, Abbotsford, Municipality of Matsqui, British Columbia, Canada, at age 65. His occupation was given as a civilian driver for the Department of National Defence.9,8,2 The informant on his death registration was his wife, Frances Leona Kielo.2

     Bill Kielo was buried on 12 April 1977 at Hazelwood Cemetery, Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada.10,7
     He was commonly known as Bill.11,8
     He appeared on the 1916 Census of Canadian Prairie Provinces RM of Orkney No. 244, Saskatchewan in the household of his parents, John and Louisa Kilo.3
     William Kielo appeared in the 1921 Canadian Census of RM of Orkney No. 244, Saskatchewan in the household of his mother Louisa Mae Kielo.4
     John William Kielo appeared in the 1931 Canadian Census of Yorkton, Saskatchewan in the household of his mother Louisa Kielo, and he was listed as a farm laborer on a general farm.6
     In the obituary of Louisa Kilo who died 3 August 1960, her son, William Kielo, of Abbotsford, British Columbia, was listed as a survivor.12 He was the informant on the death registration of his brother, Samuel Leslie Kielo, who died on 24 March 1974.13
