Today I used your Renslow submission to Ancestry.com to help me with my genealogy research. I don't have any additions or corrections, but I will keep your name in case something turns up. I am just beginning on this branch of the family and will be writing to some relatives for additional information.
My great grandfather Ole Brenna was a brother to your Birgit Brenna Renslow. My very ambitious project is to chart all of the descendants of Ole Brenna's parents - Kristopher (and Kristi ) Brenna b.1838. I wasn't aware they had such HUGE families. It is proving to be more work than I anticipated.
Oh well, it's more fun than crossword puzzles and keeps me out of the malls!

I was looking around on the RootsWeb.com website and discovered your entry for the marriage of Knute Knutson and Christine Renslow on Sep 24, 1883. I see there are many entries for the Renslow side and wonder if that is the path of your ancestry – mine is on the Knutson side. I don’t know anything about RootsWeb or the GEDCOM format of geneology. I have been putting together some hypertext pages with embedded photos for my own use.
